Well I must commit to my Sunday reduced calorie day early. Stunning day here, not a cloud in the sky, so a beach walk will be nice, but lots of people there. In fact our local beach is closed to dogs for 3 weekends while the annual surf championships on, so will head over the hill to Pearl Beach, roof down on the convertible, enjoying the weather while we have it. Meanwhile a couple of coffees, then a meal mid morning, protein bar later, followed by a late afternoon meal, then that's me done till tomorrow. Good luck any other fasters.
Sounds like a good plan to me GMH, I shall join you as I didn't bring much food to work with me, so a good chance to do a low cal day too!
Hi @GMH and @Debs xx will be fasting after a night in bed..
Starting the month off in a good way with a fast!
Hope you both have a great day and ditto any other Sizzling Sunday reduced cal- ers! XX
Back into it today. Still very hit and miss for me but hopefully things should be easier now. Been managing fast days but having bigger meals at night, so more like a window.
So, Ides of March and all that stuff, aimimg for first of three, with no food til tea time. Then it'll be hotel eggs benedict and nothing else.
Being firm with myself.
Here I am again on a Sunday, one of my usual fast days for the past 18 months. Still struggling to keep my intake under 500 cal but still trying. Lots of black coffee and tea coming up. Good luck everyone, wherever you are. :clover:  :clover:
Well 7pm here, so day drawing to a close. I came in at around 850 for my maintenance fast. Coffee with milk x3, 8 cal hot choc now, plus spinach, tomato, bocconcini omelette, mini protein bar, then my new favourite diet food :-) 2 pastizzis (feels so feasty!) Salad and mini meringue w greek yoghurt. Mid morning meal, mid afternoon, don't need food b4 bed. Just did a BIG walk in the rain, plus beach walk earlier in the sun :-)
@GMH I LOVE hearing about your dog walks on the beach...sounds so idyllic! Sounds as though you had a great "low calorie" day too...well done!
I actually weighed myself this morning (something I haven't done since January). I'm now 12 stone. A bit depressing that I allowed myself to gain so much weight but at least it is now moving in the right direction...downwards. I was 12:7 at the start of the year and during Feb had 2 weeks of complete and utter naughtiness...doh!
Here's to a Sensational Sunday fast...but I won't be joining you today
@nursebean     I did brilliantly, then I turned on River Cottage, I went off the rails! LOL only in a smallish way thankfully. Well done on losing 7lb this year.

Yes I live in a great location, 1 min drive to beach, loads of surrounding beaches, most allowing dogs. it's not like the UK, dogs have a restricted life here. I sometimes pinch myself; nice little beach cottage with pool, stunning beaches, convertible, 2 gorgeous dogs, successful business, all done on the smell of an oily rag, as my mother would have said :-) only downside is commuting 4 hours a day...and getting older

Oh @GMH that is my idea of heaven!
One day...one day!
Was doing well today ..not even thought once about fasting or food, til a friend just said on the phone," what did you have for breakfast and lunch?" And now,tho not hungry, cant stop thinking of my dindins! Which isnt due to be eaten for six hours... :frown:
Well done @GMH on that maintenance fast, now completed x and yes the beaches sound wonderful..nothing better than walking on a beach...
Congrats @nursebean on that seven pound loss! I would be WELL happy to weigh twelve stone x
I'm in today - one more cup of black coffee & 27 mins till soup & a satsuma - then I'm over the hard part & on the homeward stretch.
Don't enjoy fast days at the moment - but love the results. Saw people yesterday morning who I hadn't seen since early Dec - & they were so impressed I'd kept the weight off ... actually, I didn't! My Xmas Challenge produced a real result; I put a chunk of it back over Xmas ... & I'm now almost back down to where I was in mid-December!
Well done@warriorprincess, homeward stretch sounds very cheerful!
Hmm yes i might join you in a satsuma..have run out of my old standby Slimmasoups! X
GeeeeeWhizz the afternoon is dragging and i dont feel well enough to do anything to take my mind off it!
Oh well it will be worth it,i ' ll wake tomorrow on a big high! X
Hiii Candy! ( just chatting away to myself)
Had a nice hot meal, nuff calories left for an apple and orange later x
