Hi there@MaryAnn I'm in today. Hope your head is ok!! I'm working the night shift, counting down the hours until I can climb into bed and sleep the rest of my fast away.

Oh that explains it @Minsmum I wondered what you were doing to be on your break at 5 in the morning! How did the nightshift go? Not like @MaryAnn's night shift...thats for sure! :wink: Hope you won't be TOO wobbly today MaryAnn!!

Oh nearly forgot...I'm in too...and not eating until tonight when I plan on munching through an omelette...but how many eggs? Thats the question :?:

Its certainly a looooooong day today. I'm just about to eat my omelette...just for something to do really. Just got to work out the calories. What a drag.

Boy oh boy oh boy that was a hard fast today. I really thought I was going to cave in, but I held on and made it through...the hunger/snacking feeling has now left and it will soon be time for bed...and then feast day...hoorah!!

I tend to not eat when I'm hungover. Or maybe I should say nothing I eat satisfies me when I'm hungover, so it's just wasted calories. And because the hangover implies a big night the day before, I think it's a perfect time for a fast!

As for how I played it, @nursebean, I did what I've been doing a lot lately: I nibbled throughout the day and ended up going a little over 500. It happens when I don't properly plan dinner. I went grocery shopping, though, so that should help!
