It's 11.45am here and so far I've had 6 hot lemon waters and small nectarine (40cal). The rest of my day looks like:
1.00pm: Cup of miso (22cal)
3.00pm: Raw veggies (71cal)
6.00pm: Apple (51cal)
7.30pm: Cauliflower & kale soup (81cal) with steamed assorted greens with a splash of tamari (139cal)
9.30pm: 18g pack of fine fettle tomato & basil crackers (61cal) and a plum (26cal)
Totaling up to 491cal
Hopefully I'll be able to get an early night though as I am an evening picker

Not sure if I can rely on the numbers, but when I startet last thursday, my belly measure was 95 cm. This morning it was 94 (maaaaybe 93,5 ) But I am pretty sure that is lack of caught in air. I am pretty bothered with air in my stumach, and allways have been, since I was a baby actually. And the first think I noticed back when I was on LCHF diet, the air and blouted belly was the first thing to go! The size of my stomach is one of my main reasons for going on 5:2. I feel like I am pregnant, when I am not. Even worse, I feel that everyone else thinks I am to....
I didnt have breakfast today. I usual dont either, but is there some sort of "rule" wich says I should while fasting?
Allso, I am planning og eggplant "pizza slices" for dinner today. Excited

@Norwegian_Girl good luck with yr second fast!no rule in how to use yr fast day calories,its whatever works best for you.
Many of us save all or the bulk of our precious calories for an evening meal,as we feel eating earlier in the day just wakes up the Hunger Monster and makes us want to keep on eating
Others like to have a little brekky or / and lunch..and/ or teatime snack
Of course whatever you have means you have less cals left for later.
I often have a cuppasoup around 4 pm as its hot and salty and keeps me going til dinnertime
You have to experiment,see what works for you x
This WOE seems to work very well on the old tum..the shrinkage of my tum has been the most noticeable loss,and on my legs too.Places ive never lost before. Dieting usually means i lose from bust,face and fingers while everywhere else stays stubbornly chunky!X
Ahh well i made it thru and....
