This is a strange week, lots of end of term parties & evening events. Everyone keep plugging, its 90% mental
Drinking black coffee whilst planning a holiday for next year to keep my mind off the rumbles.
I've had too many liquids this morning, my stomach has that churning sick feeling! I've become a lightweight; I used to be able to fast just fine! Oh well, determined not to screw things up today. I have my evening meal planned (aftr yoga this evening) and I'm just having a plum to stave of the hunger and give me energy to do the workout .... wish me luck
