Fast Tuesday November 11th

Im in again for a maintenance fast as i screwed up Sunday, so its Monday, Tuesday in a row. Must remember not to screw up next Sunday. I think ill go all the way to 1000 cals today as i am having an attitude problem. Coffee and porridge for breakfast, mini protein bar packed and late lunch is the plan. Oh and more coffee and dont make eye contact with naughty food :wink:

Well, I'm in today as well after fasting Monday until late in the day when my lovely wife announced she was taking me out to dinner - so it's Tues and Thurs this week, which mind you worked for me last week which was my first week. Week 2 and already thoughts are creeping in as to how I can move my days around and I wonder if this is really "how can I move them around enough to actually avoid them!!" Anyway any tips, experiences would be great to hear as it is only week 2 and I am very keen to stay on track! Good luck

@Wilson good for you! Dont sabbotage yourself, or let anyone else do it :-) sooner you fast, the sooner you will be slim and onto maintenance. Good luck!

I'm in for Tuesday Saturday this week w/ 18:6 the other five days. I was just too hungry today & decided to make a new plan.
This is a strange week, lots of end of term parties & evening events. Everyone keep plugging, its 90% mental :)

Drinking black coffee whilst planning a holiday for next year to keep my mind off the rumbles. :clover:

I'm in today and finding it tough. I fasted yesterday and did well until about 6pm when I just couldn't manage my hunger ... so I caved in. Wish I hadnt!
I've had too many liquids this morning, my stomach has that churning sick feeling! I've become a lightweight; I used to be able to fast just fine! Oh well, determined not to screw things up today. I have my evening meal planned (aftr yoga this evening) and I'm just having a plum to stave of the hunger and give me energy to do the workout .... wish me luck :starving:
