Fasting today Monday 30 July
29 Jul 2018, 23:46
Hi - posting this early in my day to encourage myself to have a good fast day.
Are you in today @Nursebean?
I work from 1-9pm today so plan to have something small about 12:30, then light meal of chicken and veg at my 4:30 break and then hopefully not snack when I get home from work! Maybe a small bowl of porridge before bed.
Good luck to the Monday fasters.
Merry
Oh blimey! I've just written my fast day piece - and then noticed yours @MerryMelb - sorry about that, I just wasn't expecting anyone else!!

How lovely to finally have company. You sound as though you've got your day sorted. I guess its the middle of the night there - oops!

I hope it all went according to plan!

Bean
