Fasting Monday 6th April.
06 Apr 2015, 01:08
Good Morning, any fellow fasters?
I need my fast today after Easter and my darling daughters's 24th birthday yesterday.
We had a lovely lunch at a waterside restaurant in brilliant sunshine so considered ourselves most fortunate!
I've done my laps this morning and am now enjoying a coffee with a little almond milk, and will hold off eating till about 6pm.
I might make some vege soup for dinner.
So nice to have another sunny morning after the torrential rain on Saturday.
Have a good day everyone.

My day is just about over and while I hoped to fast it became a light 1,000 calorie feed day instead.

I'll make up for it by fasting properly tomorrow.

Happy Easter fasting friends.

I'm in. I went a bit overboard on the chocolate this weekend. That included some oatmeal chocolate chip cookies my husband made (so yummy). There is a whole cookie jar full of cookies I need to wrap up and freeze. Fingers crossed my willpower stays strong.

Good luck all! :clover:

I'm in for my normal Monday fast today. I didn't go overboard for Easter as we didn't have any special plans and I did not buy any candy. If it's in the house, I can't stay out of it!

My fasting days will get shifted the next couple weeks as I'm getting ready to go on a 10 day vacation. There will be 1 whole week where no fasting takes place! No worries, I'll be back to it before the end of the month.

Good luck all!

I'm in for the first of my three fasts this week. Doing well so far. Did an 8 mile walk this afternoon in the lovely sunshine.

Have only had a diet coke and a Bovril so far. About to have my tea shortly and will have a large milky coffee about 9pm. Definitely ate too much over the weekend, but hey-ho back on the horse so to speak!

Started back on 5.2 today after 7 months of coming off it
Why oh why did I do that
I've put on nearly a stone & a bit & feel totally jelly belly like
So today is my first day Of a new start
Not even a bank holiday Monday got in the way as its now or never & no more excuses !!! I'm going to Tenerife end of May so fingers crossed I can lose at least half a stone.
I'm looking forward to being me again very soon. It's still amazing even On my first day of fasting how good I feel ( but hungry ) lol

I'm in today; had a nice Easter dinner at my sister's house. She's really a health food person and her boyfriend is ill, so I brought all the naughty stuff (well, except for the ham, which I don't eat): lime pie, beer, and peach champagne (a fave of my sister's). Just about noon here, having my pot of green tea while I work; will have fiber later, then broth as late as I can stand it. Dinner after 9pm.

I'm in today. I've managed not to eat a single thing yet at it is nearly 6pm my time. This is a first for me. I'm thinking of fasting 3 days this week because of how naughty I was with Easter :curse: But we shall see. Looking forward to a bigger dinner than what I normally have during fast days :like:

So few Monday fasters? I guess all of Britain is on holiday today. Well, not here, so I had pancakes and sauteed veggies. Weird combo, I know, but it seemed right, and wasn't many calories.
