Fasting on Monday, March 13th

Here I am again. Yesterday was Sunday and I actually dd have some breakfast. :smile: . That was planned. I ate somewhat more, but hardly put on any weight. 61 kg is the weight. Back to fasting today, though. It is going alright and I am not at all hungry. It is cloudy here now, after a lovely week end. It is still above freezing, though. :smile:
I'm in, too. I'm feeling a bit rough today after being out too late last night.
I was in.... It was weird doing it at home after having a fever all night, but because I slept half the day, it went quickly
So, my recommitment continues. So far, so good. It seems that the main issue was I was eating too early, leaving too much "open" time for nibbling.

Now that I'm not working my schedule is very night owlish. I had a workable light day schedule down before, but without those cues I was having trouble knowing when it was OK to eat. We all know you can't just "eat when you're hungry" on a light day.

So, when I realized I was going to have to "get back to my roots" or regain, I sat down and figured out how my previous schedule could be mirrored in my current one. Then when I got pangs early on, I just ignored them as in the past.

I am also once again tracking myself on MFP.

This worked on the first day I did it, last Thursday, and today. Oh, and note that my next light day, this Thursday, is my 300th light day--good time to recommit!
Wow, 300 light days! Sounds like you have things under control @ferretgal. Best wishes. :clover: :clover:
