Now that I'm not working my schedule is very night owlish. I had a workable light day schedule down before, but without those cues I was having trouble knowing when it was OK to eat. We all know you can't just "eat when you're hungry" on a light day.
So, when I realized I was going to have to "get back to my roots" or regain, I sat down and figured out how my previous schedule could be mirrored in my current one. Then when I got pangs early on, I just ignored them as in the past.
I am also once again tracking myself on MFP.
This worked on the first day I did it, last Thursday, and today. Oh, and note that my next light day, this Thursday, is my 300th light day--good time to recommit!
