I am planning on Monday/Thursday fasts. I am having a surprisingly good first day, actually.
Yesterday I had 450 calories (coffee, mint tea, soup) so today is an eat day (coffee, avocado on toast, coconut oil so far) and so far so good.
This morning I weigh 79.9 kg, half a kilo down on yesterday.

Onward and downward as ever
Started out with three cups of black coffee with coco palm sugar for breakfast. All through the morning I have been drinking green tea without sugar. For lunch I had a good sized salad with butter lettuce, shredded carrots, cucumber, tomato, garbonzo beans, and a dressing from Trader Joe's. More green tea and water. For dinner I am planning on having a bean and veggie soup / stew with kale and chicken broth. I will have some calories left for some fruit after dinner.
