Fasting Saturday 2nd May
01 May 2015, 23:42
This is the first time I have ever done a Saturday fast. I need to try a few extra fasts to get my weight back down a bit. Luckily OH has decided to join me or else I dont think I could do it. We have decided to eat normally tonight which will include wine but hopefully not eating all day will help.
Heres to not failing too much

Funnily enough @wineoclock I seem to be fasting today too. Wasn't hungry at breakfast time and have been busy all morning. Now at hairdressers over lunchtime so there goes lunch. Might try and not eat until dinner when I'm planning a prosciutto pear feta and rocket salad. I fasted yesterday (3rd of the week) but definitely went over 500 calories with 2 glasses of wine last night so it can't hurt throw in another one. OH been overseas for two weeks and is back tomorrow so will have lots of food and wine tomorrow.

Enjoy the hairdresser @pilchards. Doing ok so far, but it's a rainy icky day here so been inside watching bad movies and thinking of food. Now I'm making a coconut rice pudding for dessert tonight and then off soon to see a friends new house and have a champagne toast there. Well I guess it's better than not fasting, perhaps I should call it an eating window today.
