Fasting today?

Every day there will be a new topic in this forum for today's fasters to chat & support each other.
Please don't make extra threads in here besides the daily fasting threads, if you've got a question please post it in the relevant forum or ask in today's 'Fasting Today' thread, thank you.

I am posting this more i hope that actuality. After my last effort things may fall in a bit of a hole today but if I can get through at least til lunchtime I'll feel a bit happier. Having a coffee to keep the hunger pangs at bay, and possibly a hot marmite later. Just realised it is only 9.40am. It's been a long morning!!
Go Deb go!!! So we'll call today a half fast for you.
Xxx julianna
Go Debs! Go Debs!

I am in too, after a really rough week where I have been too upset to fast, thank goodness some equanimity is returning! I haven't done any HIIT in that time either, but I might just start gently today, and exercise tmrw.

Jamie oliver pasta pesto for dinner with my family, minus the pasta, but with cauliflower"rice" instead!

Good luck to all those Saturday fasters!
I'm in too.Happy fast for all fasters !
Sounds nice jools7. Just looked at my first post and realised I am illiterate with my typing at the moment for some reason. Not usually that bad!
Got through to 2.45pm with 10 almonds to date so going pretty well. Mmm, pasta pesto, one of my favourites! I must admit I don't know how you can make it low cal once you have sloshed in the olive oil and parmesan!
There is to be NO fasting on Bean's Birthday!!

Bean :cake:
Nor should there be bean!!! I should be feasting in your honour!
Hoorah!

ANYTHING and EVERYTHING must be consumed today...you only have 24 hours!

Bean :cake:
And me. Feeling a bit meh, not exactly poorly, but glad not to be eating at the mo! So good it's a fast day! And have my new steam cleaner to distract me
I am in for a rare Saturday fast, mostly because I am giving ADF a go for the past week or so. Not having great success and seem to be at a plateau. (That all rhymes  ) Will give it to next Wed and then need to rethink my plan. Good luck today everyone :clover: :like: :clover:
I'm in for my usual Saturday fast. Only four and a half hours till food time!
I'm in today - I did well this week fasting wise but the scales are not budgeting but that's ok, I'm sort of maintaining albeit on the high end ;-)

Going to grab a coffee to curb my appetite then brave the weather to get some steps in -apparently it feels like -10C outside, brrr

Wow, you're my hero

Happy birthday :star: :cake:
Good luck @Debs
Fast complete! Feeling relieved that I still have it in me, after the horrors of this week. My secret with pasta pesto is just the JO 15 min recipe, he serves it all up together on a big platter, and I have a smaller helping of mostly chicken, chilli garlic and tomatoes, firstborn son has a huge helping (to help with his broken heart) ex husband has a moderate serve and FBS gets to take the rest home to his batch pad in a plastic container, it works well, everyone happy! Second born son having a games night with his mates at ex's place, so he's eating pizza! Sorted!
