My weight is slowly going down again. After my Thursday fast I was 66.9 kg  Happy to be in the 66 range again. It took me a long while to recover from my two week ends of eating  . I am really sick of fasting, having done ADF nearly 6 months. I am going to try something entirely different for the next three weeks, so maybe I will not write here then, Don't know yet.. All the best to all other fasters :clover: :clover: :clover:
Dear @Margotsylvia

As you know, I totally understand how you would be fed up with ADF after so long with so little result. Do I deduce that you prefer not to share with us your plans for something different?! You of course don't have to, but you can still post and let us know how you are going. Best wishes, :clover:
