Fasting today 11 Feb Thursday
11 Feb 2016, 12:43
Has anyone posted..i cant find it..
My first fast in many weeks
Suddenly am back in the right headset..for today at least!
Just water so far..a little teacup of tea soonish with a trickle of milk
Tonight cottage pie,not the best choice but thats what it is!
Good luck to any other fast and repair-ers today! X
I'm in today. Just you and me so far, @CandiceMarie!
I'm still striving to reach my revised target. Yesterday was a very 'carby' day, so a fast today should go towards compensating for that . Not that I normally restrict carbs but yesterday was excessive - even for me! So, nothing but de-caff, black tea for me until roast chicken this evening . I'm doing it in my new slow cooker, which I've never tried before, but I'm hoping that it will be delicious, with lots of vegetables!
:clover: Good luck to anyone else fasting today. :clover: Onwards and downwards! :victory:
Hi Stowy@stowgateresident my fellow faster!
Have a fab day..i am doing a gentle declutter, then later having a bit of a beauty spa..face mask etc
Think you'll find yr slow cooker meal will smell and taste delicious...something to look forward to! X
@stowgateresident. I' m afraid i had to have my meal at 5.30... just couldn't hold out any longer, tho of course eating an hour or so later would be better
Not bad for first fast in a while tho..my body is thanking me for it
It came to 294 cals..i savoured every single calorie!
And some cals left for raspberries later before the kitchen closes!
Well done SR and CM on a fasting thursday done and dusted...
enjoy your casserole xx! :victory: thanks for being there with me today! X
HAPPY BIRTHDAY @carieoates sorry its a bit late in the day
Hope youre havign a fab time and will celebrate all over the weekend! X

hi im new here again... completed my fasting day yesterday. i went from 8pm -Tuesday till 8 pm last night. then ate a little soup and an apple and then i got REAL!!!!! cold for about 2 hours. i called my friend who has been doing fasting for years and she told me not to eat a hard apple after fasting just sauce.... whew!!! wont do that again!!!
I'm in today, have had coffee and green tea, will have broth in about an hour (3pm here now). Didn't "want" to / "feel like" fasting today (only one day between), but delaying till tomorrow won't make that any better, and then I can't have a drinkie on Friday (which I miss when I trade my Thursday). So I'm making it through today just fine, once I got over the poutiness.
