Second fast of the week for me. My weight is fluctuating so I'm trying to ignore the scales and not weigh myself obsessively. I think I am struggling to eat enough on non fast days which probably explains my lack of weight loss this last year or so. I'm not a fan of calorie counting but looks like that is what I will have to do for a while until I know how much I should be eating. The legacy of a lifetime of dieting/binge eating I guess. It feels good to have a rest from food!
