Fasting today 18th june 2014

Morning all,
Another fast day for me. Already hungry at 8.50 though, so not good. Trying to keep busy with work and meetings to take my mind off things!
Good luck all. :clover:
Hey @Debs. I will be in too once I go to sleep and start tomorrow. Been reading about your fantastic Alaska holiday. Sounds like the Alaska experience was great for you but the cruise experience - not so much. I managed to gain 6 lb. on a one week cruise in Jan, mostly from too many, too sweet and weird alcoholic drinks (drink package may not be the best idea  ). Took me a while but I lost the weight and I know you will too.
Good luck with your/my fast today/tomorrow :like: :clover: :like:
Watashi mo. I had to turn down pancakes at the World Cup match this morning. Good thing I'm not a big fan of pancakes...
Can agree with you there! I am not a great fizzy drinker so the soft drinks didn't appeal to us, and generally we acted with restraint, selecting a small plate and not loading it up. I did try to say to myself occasionally do I really want this, and occasionally my inner chimp won!! Probably wouldn't do it again but it was certainly an experience, now trying to rid myself of the gluttony!!

Morning MaryAnn!
Hi all Wednesday fasters! Sorry, tried to tag you three, MaryAnn, Debs & judithn, but
I gave up in disgust due to obscuring black box. I am in too - just having a Macca's black coffee (not worth it!) before taking step-dog for a walk, then off home to pack for my trip north to the Gold Coast tmrw. I should be fine as long as the stress monster doesn't get me!

Good luck everyone!
I'm in today. I have a boiled egg and an kxi to take to work. Need the salt with this warmer weather.
I'm in too - upset stomach all last night so no hardship to fast. Mt tummy is weird lately - it seems to object to veg more than before :-( Too much info, sorry! Good luck all!
I'm in for second fast of the week.

I'm in today. I usually do Thursdays, but there's a retirement party tomorrow after work. I love how easy it is to fit this WOE into your life!
I'm in today for 2nd of 3. Half way there now and all is well. Got salmon for dinner tonight, not sure what to have with it. I'm getting a bit sick of having salad for dinner 3 times a week. Any suggestions very welcome.
Happy fasting all. :)
Good to see we are fasting together @Debs Are you still ADFing?

Good luck everyone...hope your fasting is going well!

Bean xxxx
I am also in for the second fast of the week today! Ate a lot a dinner out last night - lobster roll, waffle fries, coconut shrimp and prosecco.... mmmm! Definitely in need of this fast today :)

Good luck to all, and well done to those who are all done for today! :victory:
I'm in. Just starting my day here in California. Good luck everyone!
