Count me in. My weight is creeping up and I know exactly why. I need to take more control on fasting days by sticking to 500 cals. Problem is I havent. Once I've started eating, I find it hard to stop even tho I'm not hungry. So today's going to be a real challenge but I'm back to work so more chance of getting back on track! :like:

Fasting today too. Good luck everyone :)

It was an early start but I didn't finish my second fast last week, so I'm probably very much in need of this today! Didn't eat/do too much for the Bank Holiday because I have to revise at the moment. Boring!

Reporting in very late in the day - just waiting for dinner to heat up in the microwave - I'm famished! :starving:

Like many of you, fasting today instead of yesterday.

Hope it's going well for you all my fellow fasting buddies!

Time for some pea and ham soup!

:clover:

Hey guys! I'm fasting today too! I just had my first meal of the day at noon (1 weight watchers tortilla wrap, 1 slice of low fat ham and 1 slice of low fat cheese, and lots of water!). I need to get back on track after not fasting for a while. I bought the "Eat, Drink and Still Shrink" book so I'm feeling eager to get back on the wagon!

Good day everyone!

Hi, I'm fasting today, like a lot of the UK fasters I change from Monday because of the bank holiday. Enjoy the ability to change days when and if you need to makes this such an easy woe.

There's lots of sandwiches left over from a work meeting now - I'm going to have to go out for a walk for lunch . . . .

I'm doing today rather than yesterday as well, having to cook pizza with the kids isn't great, but have managed not to sneak anything in though. 'Treating' myself with fizzy water and lime occasionally to stave off the hunger pangs. Still, keep thinking of tomorrow!

Am in today as I have given up fasting on Monday. I went to a conference today and the food looked really tasty at lunch, so I had to try some of it. I now have no idea what I have consumed, apart from 89 kcals on a special K bar - and then 2 chicken skewers, a very very small miniture steak pie (seriously, was not even a mouthful) and a small salad in an edible cup. I reckon I'm down at least 300/400 so just going to have soup for the rest of the night. I am regretting the conference picking now I can't have a proper evening meal! Anyone else find conferences and work events hard?

I too swapped my day from yesterday to today. I've got my 'easy pizza' ready to eat in a minute and then I'm done. Hoping to see some progress this week as i've been 11st 3 for a few weeks now even with the diet days and it's getting on my nerves!

I' m retired now@Banthafish but yes, when i was working,wd find any work events / conference foods n drinks very hard to resist..for one,it was free..two,it was delicious..three,everyone else was tucking in!
I reckon you will be ok sticking to some soup..you will probably be within yr fast day allowance.
Get an early night and remind yrself, tomorrow is a replenish day! X
