I'm really not good at fasting all day anymore, especially if I'm not working, but I ate poorly yesterday (for no good reason at all!) and would like to try to offset that a bit. I also have a big weekend of eating coming up, so I guess it would be good to gear up for that too. I do have a lot to do today, so hopefully I can keep busy enough not to eat during the day. I have to figure out what I will do for dinner!
