Well, I've held out until now but it really does look as though I'm the only one. AM I?
Usual Sunday for me, slow cooked lamb in the oven with veg for Beloved. Not for me as I'm veggie, so it looks as though I'll have very Eastery eggs (as usual)
May have a bit of pear and almond tart though
and then there is the individual Simnel cakes..
and we've just been handed out Easter Eggs at work (usual working day here)
On second thoughts this could be an eating window day...

I was going so well but l by 5:30 the Easter bunny won so converted to an eating window day too Janeg as well. Don't feel so bad as have been ADFing since Monday. Happy Easter

I am in today but don't expect there will be many fasting on Easter Sunday. I had an early Easter dinner at my friends house last night. Now I'm still full, slightly hung over, 2.5 lb heavier (overnight ), so looking forward to liquids only 'til tomorrow.

Nonono! Fasting and easter sunday don't even eggxist in the same sentence !

We celebrated yesterday because my husband travels to work every Sunday. I'm more than happy to fast today after a pizza party yesterday.

Im fasting today! Had lovely dinner and wine last night so happy enough to be strictly limited today

I've fasted today, very successfully, although I've gone a bit over my 500 calories for tea tonight

I think I have fasted by accident. LOL. I have had a green smoothie, some guinea fowl breast and a couple of brussel sprouts which tasted vile (I think they are now well out of season). My batting average on fasting is once a week at the moment, so I need to pick it up.

Airport day tomorrow, so another 'good' day.
