Forgive me fasters, for I have sinned....

Very badly, yesterday, with 9 profiteroles....

It was M&S's fault for reducing their stacks to a ridiculous price. Bought them to put in the freezer, then found I had absolutely no space....

Well, enough about that.....where are you all?? Am I really all on my lonesome?

Hope not.....xx

P.S. No idea what the date is....am typing this in a tearing hurry!
@hazelnut20

Lol, I had a ramakin full of unsalted cashews last night on a NFD, ate them purely because I was craving something! I had about 550 cals left so didn't go over TDEE. Annoyed myself by eating when I wasn't hungry which will prevent a greater loss.

I'm fasting today! Bit worried about the cravings I had last night, I think it was literally just bordom. I should have just gone to bed. I haven't had any cravings since I started fasting really. Only when I find myself alone and bored at night or after I've eaten a lot of 'treats' on a weekend away etc.

Hope I make it through to 8pm. Before my long weekend in Wales fasting was a breeze!

Good luck today's fasters
Hm...it's sort of interesting how your body adapts to fasts, isn't it? I just realised its almost 5pm here, and I've only had 250-ish calories (and most of those are coffees). It seems I'll actually be fasting today and do a b2b and join you ladies :).

Well it's not the worst thing. it's actually quite nice for your body to tell you when it's hungry or not. Good luck everyone!
Put in an extra one in this week. We're off on holiday a week on Sunday and hoping to lose that little bit more so that I have some spare if I put some weight on. Saying that I usually lose a little when on holiday - no kitchen with tempting snacks.
I have to agree @jayegirl....nuts are so moreish! Am a big fan - hence my forum name!

I also know a bit about mindless eating....whether it be boredom or sadness. The good news is, if we can be more aware of what we are doing, more of the time, we can start to change some of the unhelpful habits - well, that's the theory anyway! You seem to have such a good handle on this fasting business already, so that's good.

Today's fast has gone alright for me....so far.....
Ooh forgot to check in this morning, I did a good one today, had a cuppa soup and some full fat yoghurt midday, then came home from work did some jobs, ran for 20 mins, then had chicken satay with celeriac coleslaw and green salad. Pic will be up on Friday in @Pennyforthems summer gazebo if it's my fav meal of the week.
Good fast for me, water all day and ate at 7.30 so a tad earlier than normal. Had enough cals left for a Nescafé skinny cappuccino lol.

I'm also adding a third fast on Friday as I go away next Thursday. However I will be gaining weight lol.

Hope everyone got through the day within their calories. X
