Yes @Rieur all my normal days are now 16:8 at the very least because I'm fine if I don't eat but as soon as I eat I actually become more hungry so I'd prefer 20:4 but that wouldn't go down very well with OH so try to sneaks one in per week plus my 4:3 that was the secret to my success last year that I firmly believe but this year I've struggled so I'm starting afresh tomorrow as if it was day one true 500cal fastday plus two more next week, I've still a very long way to go and feel im wasting precious time.
