Rieur wrote: @Sue.Q Good for you! Do you often do 16:8 in addition to fast days? I've been curious about that.

Yes @Rieur all my normal days are now 16:8 at the very least because I'm fine if I don't eat but as soon as I eat I actually become more hungry so I'd prefer 20:4 but that wouldn't go down very well with OH so try to sneaks one in per week plus my 4:3 that was the secret to my success last year that I firmly believe but this year I've struggled so I'm starting afresh tomorrow as if it was day one true 500cal fastday plus two more next week, I've still a very long way to go and feel im wasting precious time. :like: :clover:
@Sue.q, as cblast wisely pointed out to me on another thread today, this is a marathon, not a sprint. So, take each week as it comes. If you have a long way, then break it down into mini goals. I dont think I have done 4:3 before, but I think you might be onto something. I havent found today too bad at all. I am even considering going again on Sunday, before my hols start on Monday.
@Romany05, so sorry to have named and shamed you as you were enjoying a g&t! (My personal tipple of choice, but I hate paying pub prices for one!) Regardless of the rest of the day, you had a great eating window day!
@Isis, I have had more than enough of those undeserved gains. I have been on here moaning about them and trying to figure out how I can gain 4lbs by walking past a cake shop! There was one week that I lost, then gained 4lbs and then lost 2lbs. Or last week I gained the morning after a fast. I really have to stop daily weighing!

Hope the rest of you finish your fast happily. I am just about done for the evening.
I'm here every friday scubachick and yes it's always quiet on fridays as most fast mon and thurs apart from4:3ers. I've done 5:2 this week and after 3 days non_fast it felt like i'd not fasted for ages. Tomorrow i,ll see what the scale thinks of my 5:2 week. Going to bed in a minute, n,not stopped all day. Been running round after my daughter and 6 of her friends who are staying over. I must be mad, not going to get much sleep tonight, they are playing chubby bunny as we speak and it already 1:30am :(
Too busy to post yesterday......and a bit of a last minute decision to do a back-to-back with Thursday........but I was there with you!

Fish & roasted veg was all that passed my lips on the solid front.......but I am wondering how many calories to assign the 2 glasses of Pimms that were pressed into my hand when I popped round to a friend's early evening....hic!!!
