Anyone else in today? I wasn't going to fast as didn't feel in the mood early this morning, but much better following coffee and up for it. Just managing one this week as away for the weekend. Good luck to anyone joining me :clover:
I'm in !!!
I was wondering where all the Friday fasters were ....

I really need to fast today despite not being overtly naughty this week I feel like a weeble for some reason and I have a big foodie week coming up

So good luck to all having a Fasting Friday :clover:
One of my regular 4:3. I hurt my neck last night so I've a bad headache today. I hope that it clears but it might settle in for a day or so.

:clover: to my fellow fasters.
Hi @Egduf[tag]and [tag]Red Robin and@SSure I'm joining in too. Very necessary after a weekend which led to continuation of indulgences! relieved to be back on track. Moral support and Good luck all! :clover:
Hi all
After two days of binge eating I am on a fast day and hoping to have another 2moro, I feel bloated today and feel fed up don't know whats the matter with me and need to get back to eating healthy food and not choc, biscuites, crisps sweets which is what has passed my lips Wed and Thurs :-(
To scared to weigh myself as I will not like what I see and start binge eating again, need a good telling off as I do not want to put all the weight back on!!!!
Hugs @mariondot40 I'm a bit like that at the moment .. my carb monster is giving me a hard time and all I want is toast , pasta , biscuits and crisps , I dont know if it is the weather, work stress or quite what but it needs to stop as its undoing all the good I have done so far :-(
Today, or should I say yesterday as I'm in Perth Western Australia and the clock as ticked over to Saturday, was my very first fast day. It was both harder and easier than I expected. Harder as my husbands dinner was one of my favourites and I was salivating as I cooked but easier because I'd planned my food Thursday and made sure that I didn't need to go to the supermarket or green grocer as seasonal fruit is a big temptation to me.
@Cyclonet Welcome! I can't imagine what it would be like to have to cook someone else's food while I was fasting! Monday I did a fast while working from home due to a snow storm and decided it would be a clever idea to cook pulled pork in the crock pot at the same time! The smokey, porky smell almost drove me nuts, especially as what I ate for dinner was curried lentils, since the pork wasn't done yet.

Today I'm doing my third fast of the week. Yesterday was a lot of junk food. Thurdays are TV nights and my friend hosts, and puts out way too many sweets. I have got to learn to track my calories at her house like I used to track points when I was doing WW. I also tracked calories those days before I switched to this WOE. I don't get it; it's like I totally give up those days!

We're having another snow storm this weekend. I just can't take it anymore!!! It is interfering with my plans to have my new beau over tomorrow for dinner. And I was going to good a (mostly) healthy meal!
@Cyclonet I feel your pain I am fasting today and making my husband shepherds pie with cheese topping and veggies

@Lizardline I'm shaking my fist at winter weather for you .. we haven't had much snow here but it hasn't stopped raining in forever .. just when you think it might it starts again :pissedoff:
