Fasting today?

Every day there will be a new topic in this forum for today's fasters to chat & support each other.
Please don't make extra threads in here besides the daily fasting threads, if you've got a question please post it in the relevant forum or ask in today's 'Fasting Today' thread, thank you.

I seem to be the first to post on this? I know that Friday is a less common day to fast. I swapped from Thurs as yesterday I had lunch with friends and drinks later in the day - and then had a mini feast when I got home (unfortunately not unusual for me of late... :( )

Anyway, best wishes to my fellow fasters! :D
I'm fasting, too. I'm in ADF mode for awhile, so it'll be SunTuThSat next week...
I'm in for a Friday fast and may be do back to back with Saturday after the week I've had!!

May be I should do ADF like @MaryAnn until I get back on course? it's definitely worth considering
I'm in today , attempting to get back on track too. Yesteday's fast when travelling didn't happen as I was very hungry when I woke up.
Hoping today works even though it's the weekend.
And getting back on Madmax too.
have a good one fellow fasters.
:clover:
Have caved every day this week. Think I have the fasting announcement hex. Must fast today. :like:
You can do it, @rawkaren!!
Me too @rawkaren so have made it a 16:8 week instead.
Here I am, I've joined the Friday Fasting Club. Have a good one everyone.
Do well everyone today. I'm hoping again to feel good in all departments as a result. Will keep busy and sip water.
Good luck today @Rawkaren and @Jeninboston I HIGHLY recommend doing ADF. It works brilliant (except when blimmin TOTM gets in the way! :curse: )

Anyway, I'm in today...one of the few it seems. Here's some piccies to amuse and give you a boost!

I love your attachments nursebean
My OH are joining in on our usual Friday fast & looking forward to going out to lunch tomorrow when we will meet up with our son & his fiancé. So just fluids until our supper of an M & S Fuller Longer Keralan Curry & a piece of fruit. Very frustratingly my OH continues to lose weight & I'm going around in circles so I'm hoping for a good result this week when I weigh tomorrow.
Good luck everyone fasting today.
Hello Friday fasters. I'm joining you as part of ADF. Have had a busy day so not much thought for food. The sun's shining too - all is well. Happy fasting everyone.
I'm in today. I seem to be maintaining at the moment. Its nicer to say maintaining instead of plateauing. I also don't want to switch into a higher gear with more than 2 fasts as I will be on enforced fast in 11 days with an operation so maintenance is the best way to go to not stress my body too much.
I have just made a Victoria Sponge for tea tomorrow & it smells wonderful so I am counting the minutes until supper time
