Well, the subject line says it all as usual. If anyone has some time left to cross their fingers, please do so, because today my internet connnection will be changed from ISDN to VDSL or some such thing. Things like this scare me to death. Anyway, if all goes well, you'll see me here on Monday with my next fast. A great weekend to you all.

DSL is fast. For security, be sure to have the tech change both the default router (the box) and wireless access passwords AND show you how to activate the Internet access password on your PC and cell phone.

Ideally you'd want the DSL filter attached to the main phone line into the house rather than be bothered with having to attach an individual filter to every land line phone you have.
