Bean :starving:
I'm not doing a full one but as you know I don't do brekkie now so an eating window for me.
Good luck.
Good to see you buddy! How's it all going for you? Did you have any fasts this week?
Looks as though Friday is not a good day for a fast - I'm lonely here! :starving:
Hello, I'm fasting today, 3rd and final of the week. I've been trying to talk myself out of this fast for the last hour. I was thinking of doing ADF this week, as a compromise I've told myself if I fast today I'll have sunday off. Anyway we're half way there already, it will soon be tomorrow and we'll feel the post fastday happys. It really is better when there's a busy forum, unfortunately 4:3 or ADF doesn't fit in with that as the forum is only busy-ish a few times a week these days :( . Wishing you an quick and easy fasday @nursebean
Good to see you @Justdee!
Must admit, struggling a bit with energy levels now and am just off to kill some time in the company of the wonderful Tom Hanks! Yes, I'm off to see "Hologram for a King" - can't wait!

I am 16.8ing at the moment, so every day is a fast day, but nothing like 5.2. I have good days and bad days. At the moment I am selling my house and buying a smaller one to be closer to my son. So that`s enough stress to deal with at the moment. The surveyor is coming to look at my house in an hour, so I am trying to distract myself with this forum. I don`t feel like doing the washing up!
I seem to be stuck on a plateau at the moment, but as long as I am not gaining at present that`s OK. Had 2 boiled eggs and a capuccino for late breakfast, and have baked trout and sauted asparagus with salad for my dinner. Probably some red wine. Best luck to everyone.
Enjoy the movie @nursebean, not sure I could resist the popcorn .. I suppose once you've got in there past the counter it's just a case of staying put and enjoying the movie. Should be good to kill a few hour and then it will almost be time for your evening meal. I've sorted myself out now and will stick with the fast. I'll be in the garden this afternoon. I've got a palm tree trunk to dismantle and remove bit by bit, it could take me weeks, on the plus side I'll burn loads of energy :) What's for dinner tonight? I'm having a beef burger and salad, maybe a bun too, I'll have to check the cals.
Hope everything goes well with surveyor @chingola and do the washing up, it's a great distraction, can't snack with wet hands :)
Hope the day is going well for you Fab Friday Fasters! X
This is my 3rd Fast this week; I am doing 4:3 for the first time (switching from 5:2). Monday was fine, Wednesday was great with no issues at all. Today, I'm struggling! Time for a cup of tea!!
My fastday is over :) MFP said I burned over 700 cals working in the garden. I had to put it was general gardening, it was anything but that!! Almost half the palm trunk has gone and I'm shattered. Roll on the post fastday happys :)
