I fasted also on Monday and Wednesday - but was too busy to write here. I am still doing my every other day fasting. When I started this I weighed nearly 69 kg. Never been this round before. ugh. Then i got stuck at 67.9 kg for several days. Today however I weighed 67,2 kg. So I have lost almost 2 kg. I keep going. Fasting is easy. And I would like to stop being as round as i am now.
Hi @Margotsylvia. I'm fasting today, too. I usually do 3 days a week, but last week didn't go so well. I'm feeling on the heavy side, too, though it's the non-fast days I am struggling with. I don't dare step on a scale. Last time it was over 70kg for the first time since I passed that weight on the way down to my goal several years ago.

Anyway, good luck Friday fasters! :clover: :clover:
