Fasting today - Friday 22nd Jan
22 Jan 2016, 09:27
I'm taking the chance to get ahead - doing my 3rd fast this week. Not usual for me, but I may only be able to fit one in next week & I so want to lose the Xmas flab. I find fast days working at home quite relaxing - I just settle down & concentrate on the work and before I know it, it'll be lunchtime.
Hmm ... 9.25am ... better get started on the 'concentrating on the work'!
Good for you for doing 3 fasts in one week! I was planning to fast today, but woke up tired (it's been a busy week) and not really feeling it. I don't want to try to fast and then end up blowing it in a big way. So, I've decided to sort of compromise and try to keep it to 1000 calories today. We'll see how that goes!
Have a great day!
I am here too, and doing OK. After the gym session, almond milk coffee whipped with a tspn coconut oil for breakfast, delicious, and then prawns and vegetables spiced up this evening. Started a downward trend after last week's two fasts, and confident to continue downwards: We know it works and feels good. Have taught some lessons, now out to walk in a sunny spell in beautiful surroundings with our very lively energetic happy dog.
Good fasting to all. :clover:
