I'm fasting today.... and I'm counting hours....It's a bit slow going at work  :curse: :sleepy:

I think its cause my cat kept me up this morning with his singing and accompanying scratching music.

I'll try my best to stick to 500 cal tonight, but because it is FRIDAY  I'm thinking I might just have 800   or so.... my resolve is not strong today as on a Monday. At least I knocked out a few km on the bike in the gym doing HIIT - so I'm happy about that.

Anyone else with Friday blues??
Good luck Wakki22. Keep strong. I find Friday hard to do. Looking forward to a Friday glass of wine!
Hang in there!
Thanks Merry - I don't think I can do 3 days a week for more than another 2 weeks.... Friday is a slog!
Your day must be over already, hope it went well - and goes well for those on this side of the world who just started this lovely Friday!
