I'm at home so lazing around watching rubbish tv. I like doing nothing on a fast day, makes it much easier for me.
I've had a third fast this week for pretty much the first 4:3 week. I've been playing about with the same few pounds for months now so I figured I'd give a Friday fast a go and it's been ok, although I know I will have gone over 500cals by bedtime. I had 5 thin oatcakes at lunchtime (150 cals) and then a chocolate as they were being passed round & I could have taken one home or said no but I thought stuff it I'm having one, and with the spag bol for dinner I doubt I'll clock in much less than 800 cals, but hey ho that's a lot less than I'd usually get through on a Friday and I've done 2 much stricter days this week already so this is just a bonus. Usually by Monday I've put back on the couple of pounds I dropped on mon/weds, so hopefully this will help get things moving again.
Just a select bunch of Friday fasters here -happy Australia day to all those down under, cold, wet and miserable here tonight!
