OK, Friday is still hours away here but I figured it must be Friday somewhere in the world right? :smile:

Well, I am fasting on a Friday for the first time and I am a little nervous about it. While I have not been very consistent on the days of the week I fast, I've been able to fast twice a week since I started (19th August). This week I was planning to fast on Monday but had a sudden invitation for lunch so I just switched to Tuesday. But I forgot I had plans to go out for breakfast on Thursday so I could have fasted on Wednesday but I didn't want to do it two days in a row. The last option was Friday, so here I go hoping that nobody decides to organize a last minute gathering or party... :clover: :clover: :clover:
We are fasting Friday! Just trying to work out what to have for dinner!

I'm not going to fast but maybe try a 16:8.
I had my lunch at 12.30 and not sure there's much hope of not eating or drinking past 8.30 on a Friday but we'll see.
I'm not gonna beat myself up if I don't manage because I have had two successful fasts this week.

I'm going well on fast day Friday. Had a social meal and a drink yesterday so no need to party tonight. I will enjoy my singing gig tomorrow night and feast on whatever is to hand at the venue.

I am in - until 8pm that is! I think I will call it my 21:3 and it's likely most of the calories will be alcohol tonight!!
Scales have been good so far this week, official weigh in tomorrow!

I'm in too. Its appropriate really as I think I started this way of eating a year ago today!

Really at maintenance now but I will keep doing the fasts to help make up for excess on other days and because I feel better for it!

I was planning a fast today but woke up with a cold. Still have to work and feel lousy, so I'll switch my fast to Saturday or Sunday. Rotten viruses!
I'm doing a half fast today, fasting until around 4pm which will be 18 hour fast, I have fasted 2 days already this week so this is extra, good luck every one :clover:

I'm in! I missed my usual fast day yesterday as I was away helping a friend with a legal hearing and couldn't be sure I'd stick to it properly. So I'm doing it today and starting with a hangover (from celebrating a little win at the hearing!) so I'm on lots of coffee to start...

I actually didn't eat well at all yesterday - what I ate was crisps and train sandwiches, mainly. And, apart from water and coffee, that was it until I hit the wine bottle. Despite that, I got on my scale this morning for my daily weigh-in and saw that I'd lost another kilo! This is the lowest I've been in at least 5 years. So I got out the tape measure and I've lost 6cm from my waist, 0.5 from my thighs, 2cm from my hips and 5cm from my tummy. So this month alone I've lost 13.5 cms! I wasn't going to do this until the end of the month but I'm so chuffed as I felt I'd been plateauing the last couple of weeks and I've only been in since the beginning of August. I've hung in because I felt the plateau might be premenstrual water retention and I'm glad I did.

I'm in a very good mood this morning!
