Well, here we go again. Yoghurt and soup I made yesterday (with sundried tomatoes). Anyone else in? Anyway, have a great day all.
I hope your Friday fast went well @Josie50. I didn’t join you on Friday as it was a holiday here- a public holiday for the football finals! So a nice long weekend for many, although I worked across the weekend.
You are going so well with your soup and yoghurt. :clover:
Thanks, the yoghurt-soup formula works, although I now seem to have reached a plateau. Anyway, the thing is to persevere. Another fast tomorrow, we'll see what the effect is. Great Sunday everyone.
