Well, the subject line tells all. Soup and yoghurt as per usual. Nothing shocking but I post this to keep myself on the straight & narrow. Anyone else in? Have a good one.
I'm in! So far so good, having some sparkling water at work and waiting till I get home to have a low-cal dinner. This is my first fast day for ages - would love to hear anyone's tips and tricks to make it as easy as possible.

Anyway, have a good day, @josie50 and anyone else around!
I'm in also consuming roughly 10% of TDEE each day to finish countering the gain from last week's trip.
