One of my usual 4:3 if it's a Friday, then I'm fasting.

:clover: to other fasters. :)
Hello SSure, I am also fasting today. I am now maintaining again, and this is my first week of 6:1. I decided to have my one fast day on a Friday, because on Thursdays I can have a very demanding Astanga Yoga class for 1 hour 15 min, and I'd rather not be fasting then. Have only had black tea and coffee so far...
It is so nice to be able to write in this forum. Helps one along, And the Progress tracker helps a lot too. Good luck to all fasters today!
I am fasting too, and send good vibes to others today. :clover:
This it IT, have to be mindful and steady as my weight has been trending up and I know why!
Good to see that I'm not alone in my Friday FD :) I know that some people dislike Friday FD because the weekend starts on Fridays for them but I like being able to go into, and wholeheartedly enjoy, a weekend without any mental reservations. (I kayak on 1 or both days and sometimes we socialise afterwards. :) )

My usual staples for the day are instant broth, cherry tomatoes, Total 0% Fatfree Greek Yoghurt (with a couple of drops of orange flavour stevia if I want it) and then a dinner of Thai-style white fish soup with shirataki noodles.
I am an accidental faster today as I was too busy to eat! But I'm not complaining! I'll just have a light dinner and feel very pleased with myself!
@Debs i love days like that :like: !
So havent seen you in the Insomnia Tent lately....sleeping like a top..can only think i must sleep better in single bed...cosier perhaps..given my big bed to Dd & SIL who're staying with me a few weeks..
Good luck Friday fab fasting friends ! X
I was intending fasting today but only a 16.8 for me now.
Gorgeous homemade Victoria sandwich courtesy of my work mate. Her birthday so would have been rude to say no. Then I got some cut price cheese from Sainsbos, so just 5.2 of me this week.
Good luck all you go getting Friday fasters.
Not a usual fast day for me, but it just worked out that way this week.
Had most of a banana at lunchtime which I don't normally do, but was going out for a run, so it seemed a good idea. Will have 5:2 dhal soup for tea.
Hello faster, I'm in today. Not had anything yet, going to make a nice chicken salad now. Weigh in tomorrow so going to try and keep the cals below 500. Hope the friday fasters have had an easy day. :)

Hows your week been @Karenm?
@Annurca isnt it lovely when you manage to sneak in a surprise fast day?! :like:
Well, most of the way through tonight's baking for the weekend: apple and sour cherry muffins; almond and pistachio biscotti (just about to go back in for their 2nd bake); coconut chews; oat and raisin squares. I've also managed to put another 4kgs of baby plum tomatoes in the dehydrator.

Time for some broth and then some yoghurt before baking the biscotti again and bed.

:clover: to everyone who still has more than a few hours remaining of their FD.
Here I am...bringing up the rear!

Have been fasting today, whilst on my way up to visit my bestest friend in Hay-on-Wye! Ate 4 plums at around 1.45pm and then had a tub of soup at 6pm.

Off to beddie-byes now as we have a day of charity shop visiting to do in Worcester tomorrow.....one of the most charity shop-heavy places in the UK, apparently!

Also, won't be fasting....so we are going to have an ice cream at some point and pretend it is still summer!
