Since Friday is almost over for our friends down under, and getting on there in Europe, I'm wondering if anyone is fasting today.

I'm in, sort of. I'll be doing an eating window with a protein shake at 1 followed by a nice turkey chipotle chocolate chili http://www.myrecipes.com/recipe/chili-w ... -chocolate

I omit the sugar. I double the onion and bell pepper and I add an extra can of beans. Instead of unsweetened chocolate and sugar, I usually use 70% (or higher) dark chocolate. It's fantastic
Hi Tracie, here in Boulder City, NV, it's a fasting day. So far I've had about 2T of oatmeal with some tart cherries, raspberries, Greek yogurt, pistachios and chia on top. Yummy! That and lots of black coffee. Lunch will be veg soup, some apple and a couple of wheat thins with cheddar cheese...and more black coffee and selszer. sp???? Supper, I think, will be either a big salad and a tuna salad burger (leftovers) or a beef taco (also leftover) and more black coffee and selszer. And so it goes!
