Just gone 4pm here and feeling very hungry. Thoughts of eating keep coming into my head and each time it happens I go and dig over another patch of the veg garden. I WILL DO THIS!
I've fasted today, to be honest I've got a really sore throat and haven't missed eating at all. I've just had my poached eggs on a piece of toast and I'm saving some calories for later on :)

I had a huge carb-fest yesterday as well, what are we all like?!
Just had my mushroom omelet, really needed it but now feel over full! So three fasts done this week. I just have to be careful not to go mad over the weekend.
I've just had my omelet too, no mushrooms but a nice salad. Still feeling hungry but I have a small salad for later if I want it. Well done fasters. Weight in for me tomorrow, I've got a feeling it'll be a good one. I was a lb down yesterday so got my fingers crossed for a little more.
Doesn't feel like I have lost! Two weeks since I started so hoping for a reduction soon.
@Bobshouse Did I read somewhere that you don't weigh and just go off the feel of your clothes? My clothes don't feel any different yet but the scale says I'm losing. Maybe it's because my clothes were already too tight. I'm sure you will have lost. :)
Yes, I will weigh in the morning and see if there is any change. I get too caught up with the scales and get very down if the pounds do not fall off. If I don't weigh it seems better. In my head weighing goes with dieting and the two set me up for failure. My head is a scary place!
@bobshouse how disgraceful
I agree with @justdee you would just carry it for him wdnt you..only take a moment, i know the staff are run off their feet but for goodness sake,your poor Dad needs a helping hand,so give it !
@debsie yes tomorrow is another day x
Bobshouse wrote: Yup that is how I look at it. Planning to get out in the garden today but first have to make a difficult phone call. My dear demented dad is in 'very sheltered accomodation' ( yes that is what they call it now) and they have contacted me to say that when having lunch dad expects staff to carry his tray to his table. This has to be paid for! Dad is 82, walks with a stick, is bent over and has had a stroke. We pay a fortune to maintain his independence! I will struggle to be polite!

My word that is pretty harsh. Is your dad in France too?
Nope, good old blighty!
4lbs off! Wow
