But I lost weight on a Saturday and did not gain any more by this morning. 56.6 kg.
I tend to eat very little on Mondays, and before I always lost on a Monday. But last Monday my weight stayed the same
I've tested my scales, they are accurate.
So the answer, I know, is to plod on, what ever the scales say!!! The weight IS dropping, all be it slowly.

Something veggie for this evening's meal.
On my last fast day I managed well all day on water and the occasional tea then ate in the evening. However the floodgates opened then and I didn't stop nibbling...it turned into an 800 day rather than 500. Trying to be more disciplined this evening! I keep repeating my friend's favourite mantra that this is a marathon not a sprint.
