Last week I did three fasts and didn't like it at all so this week it will be Monday and Thursday for me! The other days I am cutting out snacks, so currently biscuits, cakes, crisps etc have no place in our home. At least, not until I am back to my target weight - six pounds to go so should be there easily before my 68th birthday in March.
I have no idea yet what we will have for dinner this evening but I do know that there will be no pudding!
