May already, huh?

I'm a Monday and Thursday faster and today I had another 24 hour fast (7.30pm -7.30pm) with the exception of a coffee this morning. Dinner tonight was a home made curried pea soup which was a bit carby but very satisfying and I think still within my calorie limits for the day. I am really starting to enjoy having the day off food, even cooking a beef curry for my students today, I managed to avoid the obligatory taste.

Anyone else Mondaying today?
Great job sir!

I'm doing a light day, but not a fast day myself. I'm aiming for 1000-1250 calories today. Proper fast day is tomorrow for me.
Well done on your fast day @Fat_Teacher! Soup sounds good - it's getting chilly in the evenings now.
I'll probably join you tomorrow @Tracieknits for a Tuesday fast.
Definitely fasting today, I'm going to try and go for 24 - 36 hrs since I couldn't stay away from the carbs and alcohol this weekend, and the scale is showing that today. So, tonight perhaps just a cup of soup or some bone broth, then tomorrow I'll go until early dinner. I have done this about two times before and it was surprisingly not as hard as I thought it would be.
