Just coming to the end of a good Monday fast day.
Small lunch of Japanese natto before I started work at 1pm. I decided to try natto after reading about them. They are supposed to be one of those like them or loath them type foods, and are supposed to stink. My experience was that they didn’t smell bad. I mixed them well with the sauce sachet that comes with them and had them with some cauliflower rice and veggies and some kimchi. All good gut foods, and natto is high in protein. So all up I would eat them again!
