Hi guys,

Brief interval of no fasting, brief stay in hospital but here I am again Fasting today as the subject line says and I also have a link for you that might be interesting: https://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/m000198h. It's a BBC radio programme that I love listening to. Last week's episode was also interesting, all about carbs. You'll see a link to that episode on the page. Each episode lasts approx 30 mins. Anyway, all the best,

josie50
Thanks for the link! I happened to catch today's show live, it's 10.25 here in the states CST. Better than anything on the TV here....

I hope your fast went well @Josie50, and trust you are OK health wise!

I fasted today - Tuesday here - and managed a good day. But have just got in from work at 9:30pm and feel the tummy rumbles! I think I will need some yogurt and strawberries before bed

cheers
Merry
