Good morning! It's a lovely sunny one here in Melbourne, and we have a few warm days ahead.

I am hoping for a light day today. I had a week off from any food restriction or food related challenges last week, but want to get back on track from today. Particularly after yesterday... We went to a 60th birthday party, and there was so much food. 19 (mainly finger food) dishes all cooked/prepared by the birthday "girl's" husband, who is a chef, plus cocktails and assorted other drinks. I found it impossible to say no to food that was offered...

So it would be good to stick to whole (and generally) fresh foods today!!

I am planning a light day Monday as well. I have a leftover chicken breast in the fridge, as well as some spaghetti squash. So I'll try to make it until dinner when I eat that tomorrow. I may make some zero point soup to get by as well. :-)

I'm in today with my Monday fast. This weekend I over did the food/alcohol/celebrations :oops: (hubby's birthday). I want to detox somewhat today so going for the water more often.
I'm fasting today. I did last week as well but was having difficulties logging onto the site. Last night I prepared chilli con carne for dinner tonight, with lean beef, lots of vegetables (tomatoes, onion, capsicum and corn) and kidney beans to fill me up. Not sure about calories but we've had it before on a fast night and is liked by the whole family.
Through circumstances outside my control, I haven't eaten during the day. But those same circumstances mean I won't be restricting what I consume tonight, though I will try not to go overboard.

Hope everyone else is doing okay.
Not fasting today, but rooting for all who do@

I had a great week last week and a 99% full fasting day yesterday, so today's mission is just to get some nutritional stuff in my body so it won't get too mad at me :D
