I am hoping for a light day today. I had a week off from any food restriction or food related challenges last week, but want to get back on track from today. Particularly after yesterday... We went to a 60th birthday party, and there was so much food. 19 (mainly finger food) dishes all cooked/prepared by the birthday "girl's" husband, who is a chef, plus cocktails and assorted other drinks. I found it impossible to say no to food that was offered...
So it would be good to stick to whole (and generally) fresh foods today!!
