So here we go. Another one. Not at all in the mood. Never mind. This too shall pass.
With so much on your plate @Sallyo do take it easy, easier said than done I know. Off to bed shortly but back for 5th and final DODO for me.

I'm in today - Monday, Wednesday, Friday this week. Take it easy @sallyo you are going through a tough patch at the moment so don't beat yourself up if you don't manage to fast. Just be mindful for a couple of weeks until your life is back on a more even keel. Happy Monday fasting everyone! :clover:

Popping in here for @Sallyo : in spite of all you're having to cope with you are soldiering on with fasting however you can. 'Hats off' to you! You deserve new tangible success. Very best wishes for OH's getting better soon and that your stress can dissolve away. I'm not fasting today, but thinking about you all.
I'm in today. Will see how it goes as I've got youngest off with a temperature. At least he is calm when he is ill. Gnocchi for dinner but no run today.
I'm with you all today....and sending big hugs to @sallyo. See how you go, sweetie. In the scheme of things, fasting does not need to be high up on your list of priorities right now.....but you are clearly a strong & very capable lady, so you don't need me to tell you anything. The bottom line is: take care of yourself xx
Sigh....typed out a post and then it said I wasn't logged in and *poof* my post is gone. :dazed:

First fast in a couple weeks today. I've been away on an awesome beach/cruise holiday and have come home with 5 lbs more than I had when I left. I'm quite surprised that it isn't more! :razz: Had a lovely time and now it's back to reality. I'll be quite busy at work, so that should help me get thru what will no doubt be a rough fast day.

I'm in today. Was doing marvellously - achieved a new low weight ... felt very delighted ... celebrated with 3 days of mindless snacking. All of it was unnecessary, most of it wasn't even nice. Something I eat when I'm having a little binge makes my weight skyrocket in a way that must be water retention (It's not actually possible to put on 3lbs in 3 days ... is it?) Anyway, back on the wagon today & hoping for a fab week to take me back to that new low - and beyond. Good luck all - have a great day.
I'm in today as well. Three weeks back on 5:2 and lost 4 lbs so am pleased, and motivated to keep going.

Got soup for lunch which I will eat as late as I can I think. Then not sure tonight. Bought some of those barenaked noodles, so might try those with a stir fry . Anyone else tried those low cal noodles? A little dubious
Hi all! I fasted today, and have now had my evening meal and cals for the day... Now just have to get through the rest of the evening...

I have added those very low cal noodles to stir fries and find them marvelous!

and sending every good wish to you Sally, @Sallyo. I had missed your posts about your situation, and just caught up with them now. Look after yourself first and foremost, and hopefully the hospital is looking after your OH. :clover: :heart: :clover:
