I have stopped losing again :frown:
Mondays tend to be a light day of eating - after the week end - so I'll see what the weight says tomorrow!
But August quickly drawing to a close. I think I will continue this regime of 21/3 beyond this month. Something is bound to move sometime, eh?
I have developed spots here and there on my body - not face - and I think that probably signifies that I AM losing some fat.
It seems very quiet here now.
You're not on your own! I'm in for my first fast of the week.
I'm in too. @Margotsylvia - Plateau and maintain is better than gain. I have gained, and working at eating and fasting for good health again, starting today. Fast on!
Hello!

This marks a return to fasting for me as well! I have been doing well maintaining, but need to shift the last 10-15 lbs. I would love to do it in the next 6 weeks before my upcoming holiday, but will try to be patient and let the pounds fall where they may!

I have my food all figured out for the day and will do my best not to deviate from the plan. The weekend was a total bust, so really in need of the fast today.

Good luck everyone!
Hi. Can you please explain what 21/3 means? I'm fairly new to fasting, and I haven't come across that before. I would really like to know more. Thank you! Gina
I've fasted today. Didn't fast last week as lots of visitors and a hectic time.
Back to normal now!!

Hi and welcome, @GinaLola!

21/3 is a type of fasting called "eating window". 21/3 means only eating 3 hours (in a row) per day and fasting 21 hours per day. A lot of people do 16/8 or 19/5.

I'm in today, too. Good luck, Monday fasters! :clover: :clover:

Thank you so much for this explanation... That means that I am doing 20/4 on weekdays and not fasting on weekends. There are so many different methods I have been reading about, but I find this one works the best for me. :D
OK, here goes nothin'! Had a really bad time trying to get back in, had to do the cookie deleting and rebooting several time over the last few days... we'll see if this posts. I'm in today, was in for my usual Thursday. Seattle has been having unusually hot weather, though it's cooled down now. Those of you in England understand when I say, No AC in homes here, it's hard sleeping when over 85F.

Anyone else find the "FitTea" ad gross? yuck! Not consistent with this forum...
