I had about 10 days off fasting, so missing three fasts, due to a spontaneous holiday, but as of today it’s back to work.

So far I’ve only had coffee and water but not sure yet what’s for dinner as my teenage daughter is cooking. She’s going back to school tomorrow so I thought I’d take the opportunity to let her lose in the kitchen tonight. It could be a fast till about 6pm tonight.
That sounds all good and I hope dinner is lovely
This is my second day of having a couple of high protein drinks through the day, along with coffee and tea, then a good meal in the early evening. Tonight it’s chicken and veggies, tomorrow will be fish and salad.
My weight was gaining ground again so Something had to be Done.
I’m also getting an hours’ walking in every day, around 5000 steps is enough with my duff hip, mostly away from noisy smelly traffic and in sunlight.
Got to be good :like:
Good luck everyone, onward and er, downward

Dinner was homemade tagliatelle with tomatoes and meatballs. Although the latter were made with lean meat, chia seeds, herbs and onion, we'd have had more than 500 calories. Oh well, it was lovely.
