Same old as they say. Glad to have put myself back in the fasting routine. Mondays and Fridays for me at the moment, due to a couple of courses I follow. Anyone else in today? Anyway, all the best to my fellow fasters.
Hi @josie50. I was fasting yesterday but didn’t get around to check in on the forum. It’s been so quiet here that I mainly log in to use the tracker. I’ll be back here on Thursday!
