I'm in today - first day back on 5:2! Debating doing IF for the first few weeks to give me a kickstart and the motivation to carry on, but will see how I get on today. Nearly 2pm here in England and I'm not hungry yet, just guzzling water like it's going out of fashion. Might go for a power walk on the treadmill. Waiting until 6pmish for a nice smoked haddock salad. Really excited to be joining you guys! :)
Welcome (back) @sweet21! Maybe you'd like to join the Falling into Summer Challenge! Look for the post a few down. And good luck!
I have been totally AWOL for three weeks and now me and my holiday tummy are here to pay the price!!

Feels strangely comforting to be fasting today, almost like coming home!!!

Congratulations to my buddy @Lizbean on her six month Fastiversary! :like: This girl has done so good and will be beating me to target weight despite my eight month head start!!

Have a good day all :clover:
Thanks @cblasz, I'll give that a look now :)
I'm in and having an easy day of it. Hope it's going as well for everyone else. :)
Bit late reporting in but i'm doing well today, i only did one fast last week first time since i started this woe so i need to be good from now on as my hols are in three weeks and i want to be at least this weight or hopefully less.
I have a lovely seafood salad to look forward to  and iv'e only had around 130 cals so far.
Jeez.... clinging on for dear life here! Gonna find something to watch on my laptop in my bedroom to keep me occupied and upstairs for an hour! Don't know how I survived an Asda trip.... but I did :like:
Oh yeah @chichi13, I hate doing the weekly shop on fast days. I had to do it today too.

@Cblasz, how was the run/jog? I started the day the same way! :like:

Lately, I have been poor at logging in on fast days, but I am finding the fast days much easier now. I can even bake and do hot buttery toast for the kids. I still feel the cold on fast days though. Its a balmy 18°C here and I have a fleece on, while everyone is busy getting sunburn!
Ive just had my dinner of boullion, asparagus and egg. Hmmm, I could eat it all again, but only another couple of hours before kids are in bed and I can nest in front if the tv.

Good luck Monday fasters!
Home from work ( ), just off to pick up middle daughter from station, then sainsburys and home for dinner  :starving:
I'm fasting today, too. Woke up way heavy, with scale showing higher than usual water percentage. Dropped 1.3 lbs over the course of the morning before having my first cup of tea. So now I'm back on trend.

Oh, well. Tomorrow I will weigh less.
Yep here again... very slow loss overall or even static reading on scales. I find better info is the waist measurement. I find it hard to stay within the daily allowance. And I must also confess to demolishing a left over easter egg last week.

But I am better than first weeks as now can manage to eat nothing until late afternoon... though plenty of drinks, teas, sparkling water and Bovril.

See you all on thursday....
I survived today! Yay, first fast done and dusted. And I feel great for it :) well done for everyone else on their fasts! Much love :)
I am very proud of myself. This is the best fast day I've had in a long time. It wasn't easy either, not because I wanted to eat, but because I was working with my father and he kept wanting to buy me lunch and I finally had to plainly state that I could not eat anything today!!

I often need something sweet at night, so I got strawberries today and I may have some of them tonight to combat that!

My walk/run went good, @scubachick. I am starting C25K again, since I haven't run since the 5K at the end of April. I started with week 2 and it went just fine!
Reporting in last minute! had a really good day on cups of tea, supper was delayed till 9.30pm by children's concert and I am off to bed feeling stuffed on 350 calls!
It is strange how some fasts go so much better than others isn't it?
I did it too, but didn't have the time to come here and declare it . Was a good one. Will continue with the low carb this week.
