Many of us are returning to work today after a holiday break, so I have sorted out my food for today to be prepared (and to avoid all the biscuits in the staff room!)
I think there were a few posters who said they were kick starting their 5:2 journey today, so jump onboard
I started the day with a small bowl of berries and a coffee. Lunch will be some cottage cheese and picked cucumbers; with dinner of tuna, tomatoes and veg.
