Hello Fasters -@Twinklin?? are you with us? I have started my day, black coffee, walk around the block x5. Now it's out into the garden to continue my 'taming the jungle' project. It's good to do it early before I get faint. I think we'll have a red cabbage salad for dinner as I'm about to pick one of my babies.
Good morning dear @sallyo and fasting friends
I move today so i' m not sure..i may end up with a 16:8 and then maybe a nice dinner
Nearly on my knees after two weeks preparing to move..the red tape is worse than the packing!
Looking forward 24 hours hence when the removals will be done !
Have a good day everyone.. And welcome to @twinklin?? ..good to have you here x
Morning @Sallyo And I'm enjoying decaff coffee before turning in for the night. Hmm, home made red cabbage sounds delicious. @CandiceMarie good luck with your move, take it easy and see you at the other end
It's time for me to get back in the zone. This week's goal is to get 1-2lbs under control, granted it's not much but every little counts having crept towards the top of my maintenance range. If I gain 1lb this week I'll fail my 12 month challenge. With only 6 weeks to go it's time to pull my socks up.
Welcome @Twinklin - good luck and happy fasting to all :clover:
I have been with you today @Sallyo - a delightful walk first thing this morning, lots of water, green tea, and black coffee during the day.
Had the munchies earlier, treated myself to three small fresh apricots.

Bit of gym work this afternoon, and now about to head off for my late afternoon walk before an evening meal of some 'free' vegie soup and some fresh berries.

Enjoy your red cabbage salad Sally.

Feeling great.
Have a great fast day everybody, take care.

cheers
Maggie
Fresh apricots, @Maggiee! Wow. You are so active: walking, gym, more walking! I've got some berries too, out of the freezer. Are you losing weight? You should be as you are doing so well with your fasting and exercise. When's the wedding?
I'm here, first fast - starting off with black coffee, lots of water and a couple of satsumas then save it all for tonight's tea xx
Out of the starters gate with a comforting cup of tea. Here's my plan - crayfish salad 230 cals at 4pm; a warming cup of chicken soup before bedtime, and sparkling water all the way. Every 3rd Monday I have an evening meeting after work, and tonight is the night..... I'll be rolling home at 9.30pm.
Morning all *waves*
A fasting we do go, with water and lemon verbena tea so far, more of the same until 6pm, hoping to keep under 400 calories for dinner and evening.
Good luck and happy moving to @Candicemarie, have a happy day everyone :0)
Morning all, quiet isn't it? :?: today is the first fast of week 3 back in the saddle. I have plenty to do to keep me occupied. I know I'm only a couple of weeks back in, but I've noticed quite a big difference in my approach, compared to last time, I'm not over thinking it - and that seems to be helping my focus.

Anyhoo, have a great day y'all. :clover:
Hi all, I'm in today too, kicking off the week with a Monday fast. Lots to do at work, so hoping it goes very quickly! 2 coups of tea so far, looking forward to my veg soup fort lunch and stir fry for dinner. :clover: :clover: to all fellow fasters today!
I'm in for my usual Monday fast. After my optimistic post yesterday about being back on track today i weight 11st 0.2lb up from 10st 11.2lb on Saturday - aaargh! No particular reason - I think the old song 'I don't like Mondays' is becoming my anthem. My % fat has gone down so that is something. I went flying on some uneven pavement on Friday and seem to have bruised my ribs on the left. After much deliberation I did go to aquajog as usual . It was a bit uncomfortable but at least I do have some exercise under my belt. Lovely and sunny here at the moment - may have a wander out into the garden shortly.
Well @BruceE and I are in today. I'm off thyroid medications and my levels are actually normal, and I even feel healthier, so no more excuses!!

I've been enjoying some lovely tea from the French company Mariage Freres. I've found they have some varieties that I really enjoy black (flavored ones like Marco Polo and Wedding Imperial as well as their regular French Breakfast). Over the past few weeks I've found a cup of tea has been helping me reduce snacking, a bit.

Tonight we'll have taco salads while our son has tacos for dinner. :-)

Best of luck on your move, @CandiceMarie
Hello SallyO and Monday fasters. I am desperately trying to get back on board after a routine health check showed high cholesterol. Good luck and have a good one!
I've been fasting today and enjoyed it. Just got to get through the evening which is my most difficult time but I've started knitting so that should keep me busy and give me something to concentrate on.
Today I've been swimming, walking and to our local nature reserve to do bird watching so the day has gone really quickly. OH cooked this evening which was lovely.
Hope everyone has had a good day.
Staying busy is a fantastic way to spend a fast day @Queen56
Welcome back @Thesqueakylovely!

It's 3pm here and I'm doing really well. I just fixed myself a cup of tisane/herbal tea and I'm eyeing my Marco Polo rather jealously. I'm wondering just how many cups of black tea and espresso are reasonable in a day...
