Fasting Today November 16

Guess I'm first in here today. Saturdays have got to be the least popular fast day. Need to undo a yesterday of cakes, donuts, ice cream and other high carb junk. Looking forward to tea and 500 cal today
Good luck fellow fasters.Hope it's an easy day for you :like: :clover:

It is empty in here today! I'm not fasting but wanted to say hello :-) I'm trying not to eat between meals, not easy for me! Only had breakfast a few hours ago and am already starving!

So, lots of 'mini fasts' of a few hours each for me today, haha.

Hey Judith, I'm fasting too! Glad I'm not the only one - would have felt seriously Sad Sack ! :)

My social life is all feast or famine (appropriately enough!) so I seem to be out a lot at the moment and am struggling to fit in 2 fast days each week. Night off tonight - rather looking forward to snuggling down with Strictly on telly. That came out all wrong but you know what I mean!

I'm fasting today and so is my son. It was supposed to be yesterday, but it was shopping day yesterday. Now shopping days aren't too bad, but, they had tiger bread at half price, still warm out of the oven. So I bought two. Then when I got home, both myself and son are looking at the loaves and muttering about them being stale by the time we could eat them. So we ditched the fast and rearranged for today.

Even with the fast officially broken we still did a 16:8, or more like 20:4 and kept our calories well below our TDEE. A fast today as well should be a big boost to the weight loss this week. But Sunday is going to be a full on roast dinner with all the trimmings.

Not fasting today , ( Mondays and Thursdays are my days) , but trying to stay away from the biscuit tin . . . . .

It's a grey , drizzly day here in the W. of Scotland ( " dreich" is how I'd describe it !) so no plans to go out walking today .

At least the new series of Borgen starts on telly tonight ! Anyone else watch it ? I'm an addict .

Happy fasting , judithn !

I'm fasting today. Hadn't planned to but by 1pm I hadn't eaten anything so thought why not give it a try. I won't be fasting on my normal Monday because I'm meeting a friend for lunch so today will make up for that. Will feel a bit odd sitting down to watch Strictly without a glass of wine though!

Am fasting today as other things happening last week and next, and wanted to get one in !
It's fine - it has been a quiet day a home which is quite nice, as it's been busy at work and will be even busier next week ...
