Well here I am again fasting on a Saturday and cranking out todays fasting thread at 2pm.

It's a liquid fast day for me. I have managed 3x16:8 fast days through the week as I am not well placed to do my preferred Monday and Thursday, my favourite 5:2 days. I expect to also do my next 5:2 day Monday (oh a shot at ADF - a first) then I will have to rely on further 16:8 through the week.

So far so good today gym done and my fluids mostly low no cal teas. Just had my coffee made from scratch on almond milk (missing my soy-already) with coconut oil. Have also hit the blitzed low cal veggie soup was an amalgam of mushrooms celery capsicum and tomato in stock. So should be able to hang out now until dinner. I have also made my DH his dinner a bolognese stuffed cannelloni pasta with a creamy cheese sauce, wasn't tempted. Too close to a weigh in.

Hello world anyone else with me
What nobody else in the Southern Hemisphere fasting. I'll have to bump this up and bore you with my solitary progress

Dinner will be 2 low cal soups the rest of the random veg as above and the green mushroom from this site. It's 6pm here so another hour should do it and I can have my soup fest. Lovely day here

Hello to any northern hemisphere fasters wishing you a good fast
Hello fasting twin, I'm not in today but just thought I would stop by and say hi, didn't want you to feel lonely. I am still in bed at the moment drinking my first cup of green tea of the day. It's a gorgeous day here too, last of the summer. Thank you for loaning us such a lot of sunshine this summer, it's been great.

I'm 16:8 ing today and I'm definitely not having any bread (which is usually a weekend treat)

Your soup sounds lovely, mind you, so does your dh meal  I will probably be changing from salads to soups as the days get cooler. enjoy the rest of the day x
Thanks WendyD the soups are fabulous on the forums and some are so low cal you can have a couple, I do anyway. Yes DH dinner looks good, I will be jealous. think I will have a wey hey day tomorrowmand spoil myself at breakfast and onwards so lunch might be a serving of what DH is having for dinner tonight. Keen to have some loss this month weigh in.

Enjoy the sunshine
I'm contemplating to fast today. I will be home all day working which means that it might be a good idea. No plans for tonight (which is rather weird for a Saturday night) but I also have a free pizza waiting for me at the local take out so I'm torn...
I am not fasting today either but, as I was in the neighbourhood I also thought I would stop and say hi.

Hi !

TML, you can fast during the day and have your pizza tonight, as I do on tuesdays
Yes! I could do that! Don't you eat anything during the day? I woke up hungry today so I doubt I could stay that way till dinner.
Nope, when it's pizza day I don't eat anything until we go to the restaurant

If you woke up hungry, it could be difficult, indeed
Have tspn Virgin cold pressed coconut oil in your coffee - it's a great way to stop the hunger pangs
Hmmmmm... I think that the only coconut oil available in Greece is the Coppertone one, LOL!
I made it!

459 calories in a 6,5 eating window. I know I could have done better but I was hungry since I woke up at 10.30 so I guess it wasn't very bad...
Well done TML my fast was successful too, a new low only 100gm loss but better than a gain :)
