Helloooo Minsmum - I'm here too! I normally fast on Sundays but just realised its 3.30pm & I've only had a couple of cups of coffee & 6 grapes today - if I can get through the next 3.5 hours till a light dinner I'll have done a fastday almost without noticing it. And as I weigh-in on Sundays this should make for an impressive (if perhaps not truly representative!) report on my Equinox Challenge achievement tomorrow morning. Going to begin a 3.5 hour keeping busy programme right now!
