It's not my usual fasting day but here I am. We had my son and grand daughter here on Thursday so we had a roast pork loin. Today will be a different story. I'm ready for it. I expect Saturday's quiet on the Fasting front, but is anyone there?
Hi I am new to this posting on a blog. I think having someone to share how this Fast Diet is going would be very helpful.
DeeDee
HI DeeDee49,

Welcome. Yes, it is helpful. When I get hungry I like to distract myself by telling everyone how I'm going. Where in the world are you? I see you are a brand new member! Wow! I hope to see you around.

It is now just past lunch time here. I have had a coffee and later I will have a miso soup if I start to feel weak and irritable.

Have a good fast day.
Lately I've been fasting MWF, but I had a party last night so here I am. Good luck, everyone.
Welcome deedee. Not fasting today, but wanted to fly the flag for all those who are fasting today as I know it is not a popular day on the forums to fast. Good luck :clover:
Good luck to you saturday slimmers x!
I decided to have a 16:8 day today to add to my mon/ thurs repair days
Have a great day ! And welcome to deedee!
Very different fasting on a Saturday, on the forum, compared to a Monday or a Thursday. Very quiet. I didn't eat all day until after 7 pm when I had delicious steak with a cucumber and avocado salad. Roll on morning. I didn't find today hard at all though. It does get easier and easier. I got that hungry feeling around 3, said hello to it, and kept on with what I was doing. Doing this fasting business is so empowering.
